We receive coffee from 7 regions of the country, grown by more than 2,900 producers and processed in 5 wet mills.
West Valley
Altitude between 1000 and 1750 meters.
Flavors range from the traditional and highly appreciated chocolate to higher complexities in which sensitive palates would detect hints of orange, peach, honey and vanilla, among others. All of these associated with meticulous collecting and processing practices.

Central Valley
Altitude between 1000 and 1500 meters.
Coffee is produced in a large valley with volcanic soils and a cool climate that results in a balanced cup, citrus flavors of orange and tangerine, with a fine and bright acidity.

Los Santos
Altitude between 1250 and 2000 meters.
The cherry is collected and processed in summer, under high daylight temperatures and cold nights. This, added to a complete ripening, allow the starches within the cherry to concentrate, resulting in a fine cup with flavors of prune, blackberries, intense malic acidity and dehydrated fruits.

Turrialba (Orosi Valley)
Altitude between 500 and 1500 meters.
The fertile lands of Orosi Valley and its magnificent climate help grow a smooth coffee, with a cup of balanced acidity, body and aroma. the influence of the weather results in a large, very homogenous cherry that can appear intensely green or show a bluish tinge.

Brunca
Altitude between 750 and 1750 meters.
The taste of the beverage goes from very mild, grown in the lower and medium areas, to the sweet and complex citrus favors of the highlands of Perez Zeledon.

Norte
Altitude between 1000 and 1500 meters.
Between mountain ranges, volcanoes and arid soils, this region offers us a coffee with a noble cup of chocolate, rich in aroma and creamy body.

Coto Brus
Altitude between 750 and 1300 meters.
The taste of the beverage goes from very mild, grown in the lower and medium areas, to the sweet and complex citrus favors of the lands of Coto Brus.
