La Eva's coffee

Our coffees are cultivated with care and dedication by 2,900 producers in different regions of the country, carefully collected by hand and transported daily the same day of harvest to our collection centers and then to our wet mills. The above, following strict standards and quality controls and traceability from the farm to the bag of coffee placed in the port.

Community Coffee

A concept of production and processing of specialty coffees focused on the promotion and development of communities, whose high quality coffee production is distinguished by its unique organoleptic characteristics.

Specialty Coffee by process

The development and production of micro and macro batches from different fermentation models, in a washed, semi-washed, honey or natural process; providing strict traceability and differentiating by varieties are a reflection of the passion for coffee that stands out to us. In this model we highlight the work we do with the coffees of Hacienda La Luisa Norte

Certified Coffees

Much of our is Rain Forest Alliance Certified. However, and additionally, we promote the implementation of schemes for good agricultural practices and regenerative agriculture, where we use our own farms as a test field and then as a training center to disseminate new and better sustainable technologies to producers.

Washed coffee

We process coffee from 6 regions of the country, which allows us to offer a wide range of possibilities to our customers in terms of preparation and cup profiles according to their tastes and needs, highlighting the standardization of the processes that allows us to provide great consistency in the deliveries on time.
